During payment you will be redirected to our secure Payfast payment gatewaye where your security is guaranteed.
Refunds will be effected to the value of the basket/s being returned to Bloom, less a R80 handling fee for the collection thereof. The refund will only be processed once the basket/s are back in the hands of Bloom.za. Refunds will not be processed for baskets that show any measure of wear and tear. All refunds must be effected within a month from the date of purchase.

- Bloom Baskets are handmade therefore making each basket unique in colour, design, shape and finish. We guarantee all our products to be of a premium quality and excellent workmanship.
- Please note that damaged/flawed baskets as a result of wear and tear will NOT be considered for replacement.
