What payment methods are offered?

Direct Bank Transfer

Payment by EFT/bank deposit. Banking details are supplied on checkout. Please use your order number as the beneficiary reference  

Payfast

Payment using the secure Payfast payment gateway. Payment can be made by Instant EFT, Credit Card and Bitcoin
Are my payments secure?

During payment you will be redirected to our secure Payfast payment gatewaye where your security is guaranteed.

Is there a return/refund policy?

Refunds will be effected to the value of the basket/s being returned to Bloom, less a R80 handling fee for the collection thereof. The refund will only be processed once the basket/s are back in the hands of Bloom.za. Refunds will not be processed for baskets that show any measure of wear and tear. All refunds must be effected within a month from the date of purchase.

Do our products carry a warranty?
  1. Bloom Baskets are handmade therefore making each basket unique in colour, design, shape and finish. We guarantee all our products to be of a premium quality and excellent workmanship.
  2. Please note that damaged/flawed baskets as a result of wear and tear will NOT be considered for replacement.
  3. We must be notified within 3 (three) days of delivery of any faults, queries and/or issues in writing and via email to lateblooma@outlook.com
  4. All correspondence on any issue must be in writing and emailed to lateblooma@outlook.com
