If you are not entirely satisfied with our product we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery for national orders. The basket must be in the same condition in which it was received. To request an exchange, please email info@bloomza.co.za with your order number and one of our team members will get back to you ASAP. If you would like us to handle the logistics of your exchange we can arrange a collection from your door. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you at a service fee of R100. Please note — we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items. Regrettably we cannot accept returns on international orders.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy for national orders. The basket must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, please email info@bloomza.co.za with your order number, and one of our team members will get in touch with you ASAP. Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires. To cover shipping and restocking R100.00 will be deducted from your credit.
